Welcome to Central Beach

Central Beach is one of Fort Lauderdale’s largest beach communities. Miles of beaches and boardwalks span the eastern border of this unique neighborhood. Once you visit Central Beach you’ll see why this popular tourist destination turns many Florida vacationers into residents. It boasts an abundance of beautiful resorts and hotels alongside a mix of modern and classic Florida condominium complexes both old and new. This beautiful stretch of beach has made Fort Lauderdale the destination it is today.

The Lifestyle

Outdoor and waterfront living with an abundance of restaurants, bars, and nightlife

During a quick stroll down the sidewalk in Central Beach, you will encounter individuals jogging, biking, rollerblading, and more. It is popular to get out and get moving before taking a dip in the ocean or in one of the many community pools. End the day with a meal or a drink at one of the many open-air bars and restaurants.
